This World Bank report brings together the two objectives of ending poverty and stabilizing climate change, examining potential impacts of not only climate change but also of climate policies on poverty reduction. Shock Waves: Managing the Impacts of Climate Change on Poverty also explores achieving a situation where policies for each climate change and poverty contribute to a reduction in the negative impacts of the other.
